Policies
Our dedicated GLP&R Staff ensures a seamless experience, with reservation signs marking your exclusive space. After your event, we conduct thorough inspections. Some GLP&R Special Events and Community Functions require advance reservations.
In the unlikely event of damages, our office will transparently discuss any necessary charges with you.
Groups and organizations may not use the pavilions, playland, parks, play areas, or facilities without a reservation or group use agreement. No vehicles are permitted to park on the turf. There will be a $20 administrative fee for any date changes. Please call for information.

How do I reserve a pavilion?
Reserve online through the booking link on any pavilion listed above, or at our office at 901 Jefferson St., 2nd Floor, Latrobe, PA 15650. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, and closed Thursdays from 12 to 2PM for a staff meeting.
What does a pavilion cost?
Each pavilion listed above shows its own resident and non-resident rate alongside its capacity and location, so the price for the one that suits your group is on its card.
Does my group need a reservation?
Yes. Groups and organizations may not use the pavilions, playland, parks, play areas, or facilities without a reservation or group use agreement. Some GLP&R special events and community functions also require advance reservations.
Can I change my reservation date?
There will be a $20 administrative fee for any date changes. Please call for information.
Where can we park?
