Please Register Early!
Program/Class Sizes are Limited, and Taken on a First Come, First Served Basis.
A Registration Form Must Be Completed for ALL LP&R Programs!
You Can Not Register at the First Program Meeting!
You must pre-register for all of our programs.

Registrations will not be accepted without FULL payment of fees.

Refunds will be given if a program is canceled or if you request a refund prior to the start of the program. 

(a 10% admin fee will be charged)

If registering after the registration deadline, a 10% late fee will be applied.

Register in Person at the Administration Office, Municipal Building, 2^nd Floor

or at the Unity Township office.

Register by mailing the registration form to:
